Man or material: Which is smarter?

Let me continue with what I have promised in my last blog..
First lets talk about similarities...
I have thought of a lot of cases of material failure in my day to day life as well as in my job. Also I have seen lot of human being sufferings. There are so many failure mechanism for materials as well as for man. Materials and man both can fail due to overload/tension. Both has life for which they have to perform their duty. Both man and material thinks... oops what I have said? Think? I know u wont believe... Tell me if you are of the same opinion of non believing when you end reading and breath long ...
Now what's the difference...
In none of the cases I have seen materials crying during failure as man do... Man being emotional may exaggerate the situation even if it may not be that severe. Whenever there is slight tension, man talks, laughs, show their concern to others.... but materials can't... Man and materials both thinks but as materials cant spell it out due to its limitation, it keeps record of each and every sufferings even if it is slightest and calculates itself the point at which it will fail... Here the material is very smart... It doesn't even give a warning to failure... It sustained all the loads and all the rude behaviour that humans did on it initially... and then takkkkkkkk.... failed...Mission retaliation completed...
Just to show the human how smart they are.... at that point its like materials are asking finally to the human all its concern and even the human reciprocates by realising it... Till now there is no science that can predict exact time of man or material failure... But materials do it for themselves logically, smartly and queitly...

M-Square

Its not the same as mens wear brand "f-square" what you might have seen on the big screens roadside in a market. This is something else..
Can you name two most powerful evolution of this planet? I thought yesterday...
I agree that it may be individuals perception and there is no theory or rule behind it.
What came to my mind was "man and material".
Whenever I have seen any object ranging from nano size to a massive structure/aircraft around me, I could only reach to the conclusion that it is due to man and material..
Let's take an example what I am seeing right now in front of me.. Say a bottle..
It has material- Plastic (obviously the brain is by man but brain cannot generate material it can only discover...)
and then it has been applied with some manufacturing process by man to get its shape and size.
Although manufacturing process also involves certain tools, but it is quite clear that those tools are also the result of same man and material.
so guys start thinking and let me know if there is any third one.... will come back to you with much more interesting things about man and materials...

Bangalore Durga Puja

Last week it was festive season all over India and guess what is it-- It's Durga Puja. I am with my full family for the first time in bangalore this Durga puja.

I must tell you that here Durga puja celebration is mostly done by some bengalee associations. Very well managed clubbed with some gr8 cultural programs....

We all went to Ulsoor RBANMS ground for puja on 26th... It was about 12:30 Pm and my mother and wife did puja there. Also as it was the golden jubilee year of the bengalee association, they have arranged mahabhoj --- free for all with hygienic menu (khichdi, aloo dum, mixed veg, aam chutney, rasagoolla, kheer) and it was unlimited...Please control your tongue...

Next day we went to different places but this time in the evening... Pandals fully adorned and filled with devotees.. Different types of cultural programmes have been arranged at different place.. viz somewhere garhwa, somewhere dandia, somewhere rockband bla bla... but the spirit of the people were same--- and that is "to enjoy fully and involve actively"..

For the last three four years I was totally away from this festival even though I was in bangalore.. but the fact was that I was alone.. It was something like coming back to child age and have a "chalo mela dekhne" feeling... wish someone could have given some money also :)

Lastly thanks to the continous official holiday (with saturday and sunday) that I could have all such kind of feelings :)

WORK-LIFE balance

It's quite difficult to maintain a work life balance, however not impossible. What plays here a crucial role is the will not the skill. If you want, you can.... try it !
"Priority" is another factor which varies from person to person. Well for some, Career is their priority whereas for some it is social relationship, family, money bla bla bla...
but its better to have a well defined priorities in advance.....It will help to create a work life balance....
