Life is full of situations where we have to act..act smartly... perform better... improve daily..
Everyday life is full of interaction with people.
Return>>a ton of questions... in multiple disciplines... technical, personal, humorous blah blah blah... and it demands I have to think and reason it.. How can I do that?
Well there may be two choices I have: I can think of "excuses"... thousands of tons of them...
In lieu I can think of one best "Explanation"... one best!!
Several times such situation comes.. I take it. Sometimes It comes in advance "what I have to do"? Sometimes it comes later "what I did"? Excuses or explanation? No answer. Not before not later!! Sometimes later it comes "why do I worry" Situation is over...

Now what's the difference?
One involves emotions, quite defensive, guilty, a bit selfish too...

Other gives confidence, quite comprehensive and naturally convincing.
If someone doesn't understand there must have been something wrong with my words. I might have taken it in the direction of excuse. Once it got the way I might have searched for another excuse to support former and so on.. then into an emotional ocean... obviously not convincing...
Why? Because there is always only "one best explanation" to a situation.
Just to interpret a psychological research study It needs only innocence and a bit of knowledge to "explain", but to excuse, a lot of traits is to be mastered. That's why I guess it's simple!!! Try it...
